Pihlaja is a velvety sparkling wine with an underlying fruitness refined by domestic Rowanberries, hand crafted along the Méthode Traditionnelle, carefully matured on lees resulting in a lingering fragrance. A small amount of precipitate is a natural part of this artesian wine.

We will produce our sparkling wines alongside the Méthode Champenoise, leaning on double fermentation and ancestral knowledge.
Matti is a dry and fresh cider, with hints of agrumes that will trigger your palate, soliciting a beautiful balance between the acidy and residual sweetness of our finest apples, making it an ideal thirst quencher.
Teppo is a mellow and fruity cider, with hints of rhubarb and red fruits. It is gentle on the palate and its ruby shine makes it an eye catcher in the sun, quenching your thirst with every sip.
Eeva C. is an intensely mineral Ice Wine made from our northerly apples. With its lustrous amber colour, rounded out by an amazingly smooth and silky finish as a result of its Gognac cask maturation.
Eeva S. is a full-bodied Ice Wine crafted from our ripe apples we grow up north, with lots of sweetness and a spicy acidity. Cask matured, it has an incredible palate with viscous texture.
Eeva P. is a barrel aged Ice Wine with young fruitness elaborated from our fine apples we grow in the Turku Archipelago. The fine wine flavours are balanced with acidity and richness to give a perfumed yet distinctive wine.
We are proposing a fortified wine, blending our iced apple juices with fine Calvados AOC we import from a fine distillery in France and matured in original Calvados casks. Here again it is a sinfully pleasant sweet wine perfect as aperitif with 17% volume alcohol. On the palate, it's a crisp, flavorful attack with a good balance of sugar, acidity and a ravaging fruitiness.
