Apple Sparkling Wines
Premium sparkling wines which are produced alongside the Méthode Champenoise, are perfect for social occasions. In accordance with the traditional way of preparation, the first fermentation of apple sparkling wines takes place in steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature. The second fermentation is done in the bottles, then aging for 8 to 15 months. The process is also called “double fermentation” which allows the bubbles to mature for a long time. The extra-dry, acidic apple sparkling wine respects Finland by its taste.

Pihlaja is a velvety sparkling wine with an underlying fruitness refined by domestic Rowanberries, hand crafted along the Méthode Traditionnelle, carefully matured on lees resulting in a lingering fragrance. A small amount of precipitate is a natural part of this artesian wine.
